I’ve been preparing to open my own bed and breakfast for several years now. I saved a portion of my daily wage and worked second jobs at night to earn more money for this project. I’ve already checked on some bed and breakfast for sale in our city and found about 3 potential options.
The past few years have not been kind to our economy. A lot of people are getting laid off and businesses going under. It is scary to watch big companies you thought as invincible go bankrupt. If they couldn’t survive this economic downturn how could a small bed and breakfast?
