Customer Service Matters
Some of the best telecom solution providers are not the ones that offer all of the latest technological updates, they best companies are the ones that provide excellent customer service to their clients. Nothing is more upsetting than to have a problem or a question and having no one there to answer it. I like being able to talk to a human being and not a machine when I’ve got a problem and working with a company that goes out of their way to provide such help always makes me appreciate them and makes me want to work with them even more.
