In a smaller, private school the teacher’s credentials are a little bit different. We do not have to go through all of the federal regulations and training classes that the teachers in the public sector have to go through. With that being said, we do not have the same sort of support either and when we want to hire a new person we have to run our own checks on them including criminal.
