Big Families Aren’t What You Might Think
There’s a lot of misconceptions surrounding having a larger family. For one, these days it seems that anything over four kids is considered big. When I was a kid, my family of twelve was quite a sight, for sure, but four? What’s so huge about that? People also think that your always dead broke and looking for New York lottery numbers to bail you out and save the day. The truth is that most bigger families are more resourceful and less wasteful than smaller households. You kind of have to be when there are so many competing resources in the home. I wouldn’t trade my big family for anything.
