The Pup Should Be Clean
Personalities can vary greatly in Bostons. No matter the type of personality you prefer, here are some things to look for when getting a puppy for your pet: A puppy that is not feeling well will tend to snuggle up with a littermate rather than play, even when the other puppies are out and are playfully running around, that is why it is important to observe the Boston Terrier behavior.
The puppy should be clean. Skin should be supple, and the coat should be soft and smooth as well. Ears should be pink and clean – an odor or a dark discharge could be a sign of ear mites.
