Glasgow Letting Agents hit the market

Sorting through the post that Rent right receive by the bucket load on a daily basis and found a new property publication called Estate Agency Times. Rent right being a dedicated rental property portal so I decided to skim past the estate agency pages, the HIPS pages, the feature section, finance area, technology section, job section and then to my joy discovered the Lettings pages.

I spent the next 20 Min’s or so reading through the various articles and features of which I must say the 3 pages devoted to lettings were short but sweet. I read a fascinating article on the demand of rental properties is at its highest ever level, which according to the article is an 8% increase from the amount of owners that reported demand is up. Another interesting article was the one that informs us there is to be the first ever BTEC Qualification being launched for the letting and management sector which is the guild of letting and management. It’s going to be engaging to follow how favored this course is and the uptake of newly freshly qualified letting agents that hit the market.

It was fascinating that one article about the owners being hit with extra legislation was outlined twice, once on the back page and once on the inside page, It can only be assumed that this was a highly significant article. It is going to be interesting to find out how the paper fairs among the competition, specifically Estate Agency news which has been revealed for a long while and the more hip and fashionable SQM magazine.
