Besides the microwave, the slow cooker is the best kitchen equipment that I used most often. Boiling soups and stews, cooking porridge, and recook food becomes a breeze with its help. I’m sure if you read some of the slow cooker reviews, you will find the right slow cooker for your home. Be careful, there are some with cheap plastic dials and knobs which break off very easily. Normally, slow cooker has 3 setting – high, medium and slow. Besides that, there are different size of slow cooker such as 3 quart, 5 quart and 7 quart slow cooker.
