Being a Leader
If you are the type of person who likes to sit back and let others make all the decisions for you, then you are not leader material. In this leadership essay my goal is to explain my thoughts on what makes a good leader. A good leader is one that not only teaches the task at hand, but also people skills which is an essential part of being a good leader. He or she should be able to pick up the role as leader without any hesitation when called upon and direct others without appearing to be “above them.” As a personal note, my superior made it clear that she was the “boss”, yet she was quite sociable, and in the end we became fast friends.
