Air pollution in Ireland caused by fuel guzzlers

In the UK, road tax has risen up to £30 for vehicles that are considered fuel guzzlers. This comprises of vehicles like Range Rover, hummer and other heavy engine vehicles. This has now been considered expensive for the residents and the vehicle owners even though most of them happen to be stable financially. The car tax calculator ireland exempts vehicles like Toyota, Honda and Ford. Most of these use diesel, and tend to emit low amounts of carbon-dioxide to the environment. The government’s fight against air pollutions calls for the charging of these pollutants or heavy vehicles. Most of the Irish have now opted to use or purchase the tax free vehicles so as to keep from paying of the taxes which in the long run, amounts to much.
